Marketing & Retention Manager

Belinda Carroll is the Marketing & Retention Manager for Simplicity. 

Belinda’s experience in telecom spans over 25 years. She started as a Product Specialist, supporting sales around collaboration when it was an emerging technology. Before joining Simplicity, she was a Senior Training and Development Manager for West/Intrado overseeing a team of trainers that delivered customized collaboration training. 

Belinda is responsible for social media management, marketing & collateral projects, as well as client renewal & retention efforts. 

Belinda earned her BS degree from Liberty University.
