Char Friedman is the Channel Manager for Simplicity.
Char’s experience across a variety of industries has always been focused on creating the best client experiece. Char started out as a technical writer, creating useful tools, support, and education that positively impacted agent skill levels and ability to effectively communicate with clients about technology.
Before joining Simplicity, Char was a Project Manager and Oboarding Specialist for a VoIP company, overseeing their knowledge base, assisting with quality assurance and streamlining processes to achieve quick and effective project turnaround.
Char is Simplicity’s dedicated point of contact for Sales inquiries and basic partner support guidance.
Char is a Google Certified Project Manager and NetSapiens Foundations Certified.
