Jenn Havis

Provisioning & Project Management Team Lead

Jenn Havis is the Provisioning & Project Management Team Lead for Simplicity. 

Jenn has over 22 years of telecom industry experience. Beginning her career as a Private Line Provisioner with MCI to serving as Team Lead in Provisioning for Lingo before coming onboard with Simplicity. She has experience with NetSapiens as well as extensive technical proficiency with various telecommunication network setups.   

Jenn is responsible for provisioning, porting, post-sales troubleshooting and coordinating projects with the Provisioning & Project Management Team. 

She earned her BS degree from Southwest Texas State University.
