Lydia Fiasco

Provisioning & Project Manager

Lydia Fiasco is a Provisioning & Project Manager for Simplicity. 

Lydia has extensive experience with the NetSapiens platform on both the client and provider side. Her professional background began in the healthcare sector which included overseeing the implementation of VoIP, specifically call center. And most recently before joining Simplicity, she served as VoIP Technician at Networking Solutions where she was the lead project manager, handling everything from technical issue resolution to customer training delivery. 

Lydia is responsible for project management, demo support, training, and technical assistance. 

She earned her AAS degree from Reynolds College.
