Support & Repair Team Lead 

Samy Abuswai is the Support & Repair Team Lead for Simplicity. 

Samy began his career in tech as a Network Engineer, where he was responsible for managing the design, installation, and management of organization-wide LANs, WANs, network segments, and internet systems. His transition to VoIP was seamless and his most recent position of VoIP Engineer prior to joining Simplicity, saw him designing and implementing VoIP solutions with a wide range of configurations and integrations.  
 
Samy is NetSapiens certified and responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Support & Repair Team while also assisting with project management and technical support.
